I carefully chose Dr. Li because of his attention to detail when it came to perfecting my smile. He really is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I chose him even though he was on the higher end of my budget because his work speaks for itself and I wanted the best of the best. I am very happy in my progress and I cannot wait to see my final results.

I highly recommend Dr. Li and his team for orthodontic treatment for children. About six years ago, when my son was around 14, he was diagnosed with irregular and crowded teeth that required treatment. We consulted six orthodontists across the Chicago area, and while all agreed that treatment was necessary, they recommended tooth extractions—except for Dr. Li. After a careful evaluation, Dr. Li developed a treatment plan and confidently assured us that no teeth would need to be removed, based on his extensive clinical experience. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Li took the time to clearly explain each step, ensuring we felt informed and comfortable. The results have been outstanding—far exceeding our expectations. After several years of treatment, my son now has well-aligned, healthy teeth. This experience truly showed us the value of expert knowledge and thoughtful care in dentistry. In addition to my son’s orthodontic treatment, our entire family now visits this clinic for routine cleanings and periodontal care. I highly recommend Dr. Li for orthodontic treatment with braces. I was first impressed by his 30+ years of experience across China, Germany, and the U.S. Later I found out that he also teaches and conducts research at UIC Dental School. What impressed me the most is that he does not rush to recommend tooth extraction, even for crowded teeth, unlike many other dentists. This is my major concern for my two teens soon needs braces. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Li has been extremely knowledgeable and uses advanced orthodontic techniques. He always explains the purpose of each adjustment clearly, which makes me feel confident and informed during the process. He seems to have even higher expectations for the treatment outcome than myself, which shows how much he cares about achieving the best possible result. I only wish I had started orthodontic treatment earlier, but I feel very lucky to have found such a great orthodontist.

I had a great experience here. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and incredibly patience. They made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Li is wonderful and gave me very helpful advice on what I should do for my teeth. I truly appreciate the time and care they provided. Highly recommend!

I got ortho treatment from Dr. Li, and Dr. Yang did my dental implant, both at Dentart. They are a very professional team, and both procedures were very successful. Communication is very clear and easy. I am very satisfied with the results and my smile.
